Special features:
- The building’s exterior is finished with factory-installed Murox metal cladding.
- The building structure is composed of Murox shop-fabricated load-bearing wall panels and conventional structural steel components that were assembled directly onsite.
- Fire protection is ensured by the building’s shop-fabricated fire-resistant walls, which have a one-hour UL fire rating.
- The project, from design to construction, was completed in five months.
