- 35,000 sq. ft. building on 2 floors, including a showroom with a mezzanine, office space, a garage, a car elevator and a parking on the roof.
- The only Porsche dealership in Montreal, owned by Gabriel Group
- The building’s exterior is finished with a combination of glass partitions, aluminium composite panels and metal cladding.
- The building’s structure is composed of Murox® shop-fabricated load-bearing wall panels as well as conventional steel structures fabricated by Murox and assembled directly onsite.
- Erection completed in 3 weeks.
