- Murox ventilated thermal panels (VTPs) installed on the southern face to absorb solar energy and preheat incoming air in order to reduce heating costs.
- Estimated annual savings of $4,200.
- The building structure is composed of Murox shop-fabricated load-bearing wall panels and conventional structural steel components that were assembled directly onsite.
