Special features
- Murox ventilated thermal panels (VTP), which capture solar energy to preheat outside air as a means of saving energy, were installed on the building’s southern face over an area of 2,250 sq. ft. This feature will generate approximately $2,200 in annual energy savings.
- Exterior: Standard metal cladding installed horizontally.
- Interior: Standard white metal cladding.
- Two standard Murox canopies
- Building frame composed of Murox® shop-fabricated load-bearing wall panels as well as conventional steel structures fabricated by Canam Canada and assembled on site.
