Manon Gauthier graduated from the Université Laval in 1994 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Manon began her career as an engineer with Canam in 1995, devoting her time to joist design. In 2001, Manon joined Steel Plus Network where she collaborated on the development of structural design software and then on a program to assist customers in obtaining ISO and AISC certifications. At the end of 2002, she joined the Information Systems team as an engineering systems designer. Since 2003, Manon has been collaborating on various special engineering projects, including the development of Canam’s online engineering tools. In addition, she is responsible for recruiting engineering interns and reviewing requests from Canam’s Canadian business locations for detailing and engineering software.
Manon is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE).
