Canam Canada’s Project of the QuarterA self-service warehouse wins top honors for the first quarter of 2008

A self-service warehouse, located in Ottawa, Ontario, earned Canam Canada’s Project of the Quarter award for the first quarter of 2008. This project, covering a surface area of 50,000 square feet (4645 m2), consists of over 345 tons of steel joists, bridging and steel deck, including Versa-Dek®. The Canam joists, bridging and deck, fabricated in the St. Gédéon de Beauce and Boucherville plants, were delivered in February 2008. The customer, steel fabricator Laplante Welding of Cornwall Inc., will receive a framed photograph of the project as an expression of Canam’s appreciation.
