At the Job Site

At Murox^®, efficiency is the key from the moment the project is on the drawing board. After analyzing the vocation of the building to ensure that the design will incorporate only optimal materials, Murox^® closely collaborates with the customer and their consultants to create an efficient building that is perfectly adapted to its internal and external environment.

Here is a look at the different steps in the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft. (5,000 m²) warehouse.


Our engineering team handles the technical aspects of the building and ensures that the design is optimized to meet all aspects of its vocation.	While the foundations are being installed at the job site, the Murox^® building system components are being fabricated under ideal conditions back at the plant. Special care is given to the installation of the insulating materials.	The windows and pedestrian doors are also factory installed.

Day 1	Day 2	Day 3
Murox building system components are delivered to the site.	Installation of the structure and panels begin simultaneously.	Assembly of walls and structure continues.

Day 4	Day 5	Day 8
Installation of the steel deck begins.	Erection of structural steel and walls is completed. The installation of steel deck is also finished and plumbing work can begin.	The building shell is now complete. Other sub-trades can take over the job site while Murox^® completes the finishing work.
