Canam Canada wins a contract to build a B.G. Wholesale warehouse

Norgate Metal Inc. has awarded Canam Canada a contract to fabricate nearly 330 tons of joists, joist girders and steel deck for the construction of a warehouse in Revere, Massachusetts, for B.G. Wholesale, Inc. This warehouse will cover 127,500 square feet (11,845 m²).

The St. Gédéon de Beauce plant will fabricate the joists and joist girders and the Boucherville plant the steel deck. Deliveries are slated to begin in June 2008. Technyx, a business unit of Canam Group, will collaborate with Canam on this project.
