Canam Canada’s Project of the QuarterProject of the Quarter: Research In Motion in Bedford, Nova Scotia, wins top honours
The Research In Motion project, located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, has earned Canam Canada's Project of the Quarter award for the second quarter of 2007. This project covers a surface area of 15,330 m2 (165,000 sq. ft.) and consists of over 600 tons of joists, joist girders and steel deck. The components were fabricated at the St. Gédéon de Beauce and Boucherville plants and delivered in June 2007. The customer, steel fabricator Cherubini Metal Works Limited of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, will receive a photograph of the project as an expression of Canam’s appreciation.
